Dating back to 1967, our roots are deep in the construction and demolition industries. The family business was originally founded by Len Frederico and Joe Frederico, father and grandfather to Mark Frederico, owner of FREDERICO Demolition. Throughout the years, the family business grew and built a solid reputation by maintaining values such as integrity, quality, and commitment, often solidified with a good old-fashioned handshake.

From a very young age, Mark Frederico became familiar with the various types of construction work and equipment operations. Growing up in the family construction business, he was involved in every division of the company. Mark’s rich experience includes:
